The optional warranty covers all mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of the CNC Machine as specified in the machine’s original specification. It also includes labour and travel costs for repairs and any unintended and unexpected damage caused by an operator error.

The warranty does not cover claims not reported within 14 days, repairs by unauthorised personnel, operator errors by untrained individuals, lack of regular servicing, excluded components, preventative maintenance, temporary repairs, misuse, external events, cosmetic damage, wear and tear, consumable parts. Please refer to the detailed terms and conditions for a comprehensive list.

If your CNC Machine breaks down or experiences an accident due to operator error, contact NCMT immediately at breakdown@ncmt.co.uk. We will arrange a site visit to investigate the incident.

The warranty period starts on the date the CNC Machine is commissioned, as documented on the relevant document, and ends 60 months (5 years) from that start date.

The cost is incorporated as part of the cost of the machine. If you do not want a 5 year warranty, we may be able to provide you with a 2 or 3 year option.

You must contact NCMT before arranging any repairs. Unauthorised repairs may void the warranty.

Yes, the machine must be operated by a competent NCMT trained and certified operator. Claims due to errors by untrained operators are not covered.

Yes, damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, or failure of uninterrupted power supply are not covered. Additionally, claims resulting from freezing, extreme temperature changes, corrosion, rust, or erosion are excluded.

The first £250 of any claim must be paid by you. If the total claim cost is below £250, you are responsible for the full cost.

The warranty terms do not specify transferability. Please contact NCMT for clarification on this matter.

The CNC Machine must be serviced in line with manufacturer recommendations to maintain the warranty coverage.

All claims will be handled by the NCMT engineering team. We do not outsource our warranties to third parties.
